a year agoWe switched to World for kids after trial at a different daycare that unfortunately didn't work for us, and now my son absolutely enjoys it! Initially, he wasn't talking at all at 22 months. His social and communication skills have improved a lot, and now, just after several months he says about 25 words, responds well to his name and understands commands, can an eat with a spoon, shows interest in activities, shares and takes turns when playing with other kids. He sleeps and eats well. Big kudos to Ms. Lily and Ms. Mila for their passion and patience. They're honest, compassionate and open, and keep anxious parents updated and reassured. We will be moving out of state, and I just wish we could take this place with us to our new home.

a year agoGreat place for kids! Two caregivers at World for Kids have degree in education (including special education). Thanks to them my son learns so much every day. I also like how carefully all toys were chosen, so they are not for fun only, but for learning, exploring and building new skills. When I drop my kido in the morning he runs to play with his friends. And the outdoor area is so good that at the end of the day it's hard to convince my kid finish his play and drive home.

a year agoWorld for kids was my toddlers school 2022 Summer to 2024 Fall. She went for full day program. She loved it there and still asks to go back. Ms. Mila was my daughter’s teacher and her favourite. Ms.Lily, the director, has strong educational background and looks out for kid’s overall development. The school is refreshingly no nonsense, especially for us emerging out of the pandemic. My daughter fell sick less. Overall our family had a great experience and I would highly recommend the school for families that look for clean and caring environment. Pros: - Small class size and very small student to teacher ratio (5:1) - Caring staff - Very clean classrooms - kids don’t wear outdoor shoes inside the class - All meals provided (dietary restrictions accommodated) - Reliable care - No hidden chargers - Nominal rates for Bellevue - daily Outdoors time Cons: - Communication about academic or food eaten daily has to be parent led - No cctv provision The cons listed here were not a concern for me as I trusted the school and staff. Just listing incase it matters to the reader.

a year agoWe have had the best experience at World for Kids. A very clean and cozy facility with the most caring and kind childcare providers. My daughter loves going every day and we are sad to be moving away.
