We are so grateful to Shannon, and all the wonderful staff for everything they have done to make my little toddler's transition into daycare such a positive and happy experience. From the very beginning, the entire team has been incredibly supportive, flexible, and accommodating. They have worked with us on schedules, listened to our concerns, and made thoughtful adjustments to help my daughter feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed. You can truly tell that they care about each child as an individual. Watching my daughter’s transformation has been incredible. She went from crying at drop-off and having a difficult time separating from us to now voluntarily walking into her classroom happily in just 3 weeks. She even wakes up in the morning saying “daycare” — which, as a parent, means absolutely everything to us. ❤️ A special thank you to every teacher who has taken the time to get to know my daughter, comfort her, encourage her, and help her build confidence at her own pace. Miss Eli, Miss Ari, Miss Brown, and Miss Courtney, Your patience, kindness, and consistency have made such a difference. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and feel so lucky that our daughter is surrounded by such a caring team. Thank you for making daycare a place she is excited and happy to go to! ❤️

I can't speak highly enough about the admin team and ALL the teachers. I love the curriculum and the structure but it's really the entirety of the staff that made this experience for my son possible. The second he realizes we pulled into the parking lot, he squeaks in the back seat out of excitement. There's so much genuine care and love at this school, and they will be irreplaceable. It's because of them that my son is learning everything he possibly can, from his love of reading, to demanding nursery rhymes to be sung to him so he can make all the animal noises. This school is truly a gift to parents.

We had such a wonderful experience at Primrose School under Shannon's leadership! My son started in Toddler 3 when he was just 18 months old, and Wei and Mary provided the most loving and attentive care during those precious early months. When we transitioned to EPS, Diana Amell and Renata Mahrer continued that same warmth and dedication—they've been absolutely amazing. My son lights up every morning and genuinely loves going to school now. Seeing him so happy and excited to learn has been the greatest gift. The clean and welcoming environment, along with the nutritious meals, gave us such peace of mind throughout. We're so grateful for the care our son has received at every stage and highly recommend Primrose School to other families looking for a nurturing early education experience.

We loved our experience at Primrose. My son started going since the infant room all the way to early preschool! The teachers here are all amazing and so easy to communicate any questions or concerns. The thought that goes into the pictures you get every single day is just amazing plus the detailed report from bathrooms, how much they eat and when they sleep.

Our family has been part of the Primrose School of West Bellevue community since our son was just four months old—he’s now 3½—and we could not be happier with the care and education he’s received. The teachers are exceptional: compassionate, patient, and deeply invested in every child’s growth. Our son absolutely loves going to school each day, which speaks volumes about the environment they’ve created. The curriculum is thoughtful, engaging, and developmentally balanced, blending play-based learning with structured skill-building. The administrators and owners are knowledgeable, approachable, and incredibly supportive, creating a culture where teachers and families truly collaborate. Our son has some special needs, and the staff have gone above and beyond to find ways for him to safely participate in all activities while continuing to progress alongside his peers. Their creativity, flexibility, and genuine care have been extraordinary. Though our son sees many specialized therapists outside of school, I believe the staff at Primrose are largely responsible for the progress he has made over the last few years. Shout out to Chef Parto for the fantastic meals and snacks they provide each day. Our son is always excited to eat what she prepares. We also deeply appreciate the extended operating hours, which make a real difference for working families like ours. We’re so grateful for the nurturing community at Primrose School of West Bellevue. They have been an invaluable support for our family.
