a month agoIt’s okay when it’s not busy. But today, my experience visiting this indoor playground was extremely disappointing and far from an acceptable safety standard (on saturday). > OVERCROWDED : There is no limit number of children and adults allowed inside at one time. Smelly feet everywhere 🤮 > LACK of Parental Supervision & Dangerous Behavior: HEY PARENTS OF OLDER KIDS! EYES ON YOUR CHILD NOT ON THE PHONE!! They run around, jump, and climb recklessly without any supervision. ARE THE PARENTS EVEN THERE OR GO SHOPPING? THIS IS A PLACE SHARED WITH BABIES AND TODDLERS TOO!! > VIOLATION of Height Limits: I saw children who clearly EXCEED the maximum height limit are still allowed inside and playing in areas not meant for them. > Note to the Mall Management: PLEASE increase security and staff supervision inside the area.

a month agoThis is a free space, but I want to leave a comment here to say that it is dirty and smelly, especially around the wall. The carpet needs serious steaming and sanitizing. It also gets very very crowded (went here on a weekday, 4pm, summer). I regretted taking my kids there after 5 minutes. I also saw parents in their shoes sitting inside on the benches around the walls!

a month agoIt is amazing freebies place to be. Kids can have as much fun as they want. Would suggest to visit during the weekdays to avoid crowd.

2 months agoI think it’s an great play area. My daughter agrees. I had to drag her screaming out of there.
