Generation Montessori Preschool & Childcare offers day care and preschool care in Hillsboro for young children who benefit from a nurturing, active classroom day. The program appears especially relevant for toddlers and preschoolers, with children taking part in daily activities that are designed to match different stages of development.
Children here may spend time in a mix of indoor and outdoor play, hands-on learning, and everyday routines that help the day feel both structured and engaging. Families mention new activities, a large backyard with age-appropriate play structures and bicycles, and a home-cooked meal environment, which suggests a setting that feels personal and family-oriented rather than highly formal. For many parents, that can be important when looking for childcare that feels like a second home.
The teachers are described as patient, attentive, and caring, and the program seems to give families regular communication and photos throughout the day. Children may also hear and use both English and Spanish, which could appeal to families interested in early language exposure. The program appears to be intentionally organized and regularly refreshed so children continue to have new things to explore.
This may be a particularly useful option for families looking for Montessori childcare in Hillsboro with a warm staff, a strong sense of community, and a mix of play and learning. Parents may want to ask about age groups, daily routines, and enrollment details before visiting.
Want your child's caregiver to love them like their own? SEND THEM HERE! The teachers and staff here are incredibly patient, caring, and attentive, not just to the children but to each other and the parents. The staff communicate with each other about the children, and put love and attention into each child's development. We have been incredibly blessed to call Generation Montessori our home. The kids have new fun activities daily, a HUGE backyard with tons of age-appropriate play structures and bicycles! The house always smells amazing with home cooked meals. The inside has a multitude of activities for each stage of development, and is regularly reorganized to keep the atmosphere engaging and interesting. My daughter has learned so much there so far, she comes home singing new songs, ones that actually teach her something--like healthy boundaries and how to advocate for herself. She navigates playing and sharing with others easily now, and has blossomed into a child who can easily make friends with anyone. We LOVE Generation Montessori!
My two year old son loves coming to Generation Montessori! The teachers are always very friendly and welcoming and I like that he is learning both English and Spanish. I appreciate getting photos of the activities he is doing during the day.
My 2 years old daughter loves this preschool. I really recomend there!! When we first went to see them, every kids was playing outside, but the inside of the room was very clean and had a warm atmosphere with cute decorations and toys. So my daughter was at an age where she would be nervous when going to a place for the first time, but she was so curious that she tried to touch the toys herself and was smiling there. My daughter liked it, and the explanations were very clear, so we decided my daughter to attend right away. Even after she started going, the teachers have been very kind and love to her. And kids looks fun. She looks forward to going there every morning, and she's in a great mood when she gets home. So I can understand she's having a lot of fun. I appreciate everyone is so nice for her there. I'm glad to have met them.
My child is happy going to this school and looks forward to it. That shows a lot and I’m at peace. I love that they apply the Montessori philosophy and that they’re bilingual. Really sets in with our family values. Thank you and God bless the teachers.
My son started coming here about 3-4 months ago. Huge plus is that they are bilingual (Spanish and English) and very communicative. They will let you know any update or communicate anything that stands out or is needed for your child’s care. Like pampers or wipes in their daycare baggies. They are very patient and I have observed that they like what they do. The manner kids and us as parents are treated is very welcoming. More centers should be like this. It’s clean and has different activities areas for our developing little ones. Thank you Generation Montessori. Highly recommend!
