4 years agoFamily of 5 is 1 and done! So very disappointed with Pierce YMCA! Moved from Sequim and discovered that not only do YMCAs not share swimming qualifications for children between clubs, but also not even the same set of age requirements. The Sequim Y staff were always friendly and supportive while the Pierce YMCA were unresponsive and quite unwilling to engage our family. My 6, 8 and 10 year old are ALL perfectly adept and Sequim Y staff pool tested but Pierce Y not only gave no consideration but also disallowed my 6 year old due to his age.
