2 weeks agoFor four years, Kumon has helped our child develop strong academic skills, self-discipline, and a love of learning. More importantly, he was able to be placed in advance math as a result. The progress we've seen has been remarkable, and the results have exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the dedicated instructors for their continued support and encouragement!

She manages the center beautifully and truly cares about each child's progress.My daughter has built so much confidence and developed fantastic study habits here. Highly recommend this center!

2 months agoWe are very happy with our experience at Kumon. When my child first started, they lacked confidence in math and reading and often needed help with homework. Over the past several months, we have seen a remarkable improvement not only in academic skills but also in confidence, focus, and independence. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly care about each student's progress. We also appreciate the friendly and supportive staff, who are always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Kumon has helped build strong study habits and a positive attitude toward learning

2 months agoWe have been a Kumon family for more than 10 years with our 3 children and the results have been amazing! We initially registered our eldest son in the program - math and reading- when he was in 1st grade as he struggled in school and was falling behind. We followed the method rigorously and by 3rd grade, my son was recommended to move to the Advanced Math progression track! He continued with Kumon through middle school and in high school he has taken the most math-intensive track available with Honors and AP courses with A grades! Committing to the Kumon method early on paid off handsomely for him :-). Our daughters have had great progression results too; one of them leveraging Kumon since kindergarten to get into Advanced/Honors English tracks in middle-school. The other, our youngest, using Kumon as a support system for her dyslexia; this is a big one, beyond academics, we are grateful for the boost in her self-esteem as she has been able to thrive in school without any accommodations or pull-out interventions. We started Kumon in Seattle, WA... then, when we moved for a few years to Montreal, QC (Canada) the first thing we did was to look for a Kumon center there. Back in the US, we setteld in Issaquah, WA and have been with Kumon Lakemont for the past 5 years. We thank Ms Tina for her dedication and excellence in helping our kids through their learning and habit formation paths!

4 months agoMy child started at Kumon the summer before Kindergarten and we have seen significant growth in his confidence and his academic abilities in the last 10 months. I wish we had known about Kumon earlier. He loves working with Mrs. Tina and her staff at Kumon, they are patient, knowledgeable and very kind. Mrs. Tina regularly communicates with us about his progress, what he needs to work on and what he will be learning next. He tests high or above his age group in reading and math and we couldn’t be happier in the investment we are making so he has the tools to succeed. We will continue to send him to Kumon and I plan to send my younger child to Kumon when she turns three. We highly recommend Kumon!
