KidStrong Everett is a physical fitness program in Everett for children who enjoy structured movement, coached activities, and an energetic group setting. On Evergreen Way, it appears to be a good fit for toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children who need a place where they can climb, move, practice new challenges, and stay active with guidance from coaches.
Children participating here can likely expect a mix of fitness-based games and movement activities led by coaches who keep classes organized and engaging. The environment is described as fun, clean, and well maintained, which can matter a lot to parents choosing an indoor activity for young children. Because the program is coach-led rather than open play, families may want to think of it as a structured class where children follow directions, participate in activities, and gradually build comfort with the routine.
The coaching style seems to be a major part of the experience. Families describe the coaches as kind, encouraging, patient, and energetic, which is especially helpful for children who are shy, new to classes, or still learning to follow group instructions. That makes this location appealing for parents who want a more guided experience rather than a free-form play space. It may also suit children who like encouragement, repetition, and active participation.
Parents may appreciate that the program appears to support children over time, with families noticing changes in confidence, comfort, and enthusiasm for class. The overall feel is active but structured, with a strong emphasis on positive coaching and a clean indoor environment. Families interested in children’s fitness classes in Everett may want to check age groups, class times, and enrollment options before visiting.

6 months agoHere's a wonderful place filled with fun activities for kids. The environment is safe and spotless, making it a perfect spot for children to learn and play. I wholeheartedly recommend coaching at this center—Coach Tara, Laura, and Coach Sam are absolute favorites among my kids. Coach Kasey is not only super friendly but also full of knowledge. Every coach here is professional, caring, and great with kids.

6 months agoWe love Kidstrong! It’s been a great 8 months for us and we keep seeing great improvements in our toddler. We have been with coach Josh’s class and my daughter loves him! She started super shy and wouldn’t stop screaming and crying and coach josh has always been patient as well as all the other coaches. The place is always clean and sanitized. The staff’s great and we can’t wait to be on the blue floor again. 👍🏻🫶🏼

6 months agoCoaches Tara and Josh do a great job encouraging the kids to do their best in every class! Love when they stop the physical activity to learn something new at the TV (Today was geometry for 4-5yo kids)
Coach Kasey always has a big smile at front desk! We love her!

Always something new! One of my first thoughts was that there should be a place like this for adults!! And the Birthday parties are very well done also! KidStrong is the best!!
