Our family has had an exceptional experience with Primrose School of Bothell since our son started at 18 months old. Now at two and a half, he continues to thrive thanks to a remarkably professional and attentive staff. In the toddler class, Ms. Katherine showed excellent love, attention, and the essential one-on-one care that toddlers need at that stage. As he transitioned to early preschool, Ms. Justin and Ms. Monica did an outstanding job focusing on his independence and engaging activities. All of his teachers provide updates about every single detail of his day and share frequent, adorable photos of him that bring us immense joy and reassurance.His current teachers, Ms. Alexia and Ms. Brenda, also show immense care and are improving his confidence. In fact, he just started potty training and proudly earned his first star on day one! Through this guidance, our son has shown great physical growth due to good food and independence, and he has even learned to count his numbers in Spanish. He returns home smiling every day because his teachers handle even his fussy, emotional moments with the utmost patience and kindness.Additionally, Ms. Anu from the management team cares for our son deeply and is always incredibly helpful in navigating every question we have. We truly appreciate her constant guidance and support. Primrose School of Bothell is a truly remarkable facility, and we are deeply grateful for this loving community.

We are very grateful for the wonderful leadership of Director Chantel and Deputy Director Anu at Primrose School. They are caring, professional, and always approachable. Their genuine support has made a meaningful difference in our grandchildren’s learning, confidence, and happiness. We also deeply appreciate the dedication, patience, and excellent work of their teachers and all the staff members. Everyone works together to create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for the children. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing that our grandchildren are surrounded by people who truly care about their growth and well-being. We’ve had a wonderful experience with Primrose School of Bothell. After trying another daycare for a period of time, we ultimately decided to come back to Primrose and the difference was immediately noticeable. The level of care, communication, structure, and professionalism at Primrose was simply much better, and returning really confirmed for us how special this school is. The teachers and staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. Communication with parents has consistently been excellent, and it’s clear the school puts a lot of thought into creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment. One thing we especially appreciate is the balance between structured learning and fun activities. The curriculum keeps children engaged while still allowing them to enjoy being kids. The facility is clean, organized, and welcoming, and the staff always make an effort to know each child and family personally. Since returning to Primrose, we’ve seen such a positive difference socially, emotionally, and academically. We’re incredibly happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend Primrose Bothell to families looking for a supportive and high-quality daycare/preschool environment. PS: Ms Sneha is the best teacher! Our daughter has learned so much since attending Primrose, amazing work on her part and curriculum!

We have both of our sons attending the school, and they are very happy. Clean facilities, good meals, plenty of activities, great managing staff and teachers. Overall we are very happy with the school, and definitely recommend it. Huge shoutout to Ms. Sneha, Ms. Lupe, Ms. Mira, Ms. Katherine for taking care of our kids.

We recently enrolled our 21-month-old at Primrose, and the experience has been wonderful from the start. Anupma guided us through the enrollment process with so much kindness and patience, making us feel comfortable as first time parents. Ms Chantel also made the transition so smooth. She’s always available with answers to any of our questions. Our child transitioned to daycare within just three days, which exceeded our expectations. He absolutely loves his teacher, Miss Katherine, and often talks about her at home. She has been incredibly warm, engaging, and attentive especially during those initial days when extra care really matters. We also appreciate the wholesome meals provided. It’s great that our child is being introduced to a variety of cuisines that we don’t typically prepare at home. Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience at Primrose and feel confident that our child is in a nurturing and supportive environment.
