Foveo Birth & Baby in Olympia offers lactation support and parent education for families navigating pregnancy, birth, and the early months with a baby. The listing appears especially relevant for new and expectant parents who want help with breastfeeding questions, newborn feeding, and practical preparation for life with a baby.
Families can attend childbirth and lactation classes that seem designed to be interactive and comfortable, with time for questions and discussion. The experience appears to be more than a one-way lecture: parents can learn, talk through concerns, and get guidance that is tailored to the group’s needs. That may be especially helpful for first-time parents who want a more personal setting before the baby arrives.
The environment comes across as relaxed, welcoming, and supportive, which matters for families who may feel unsure about breastfeeding in public or asking for help. The tone described around the classes suggests a warm, approachable setting where caregivers can feel at ease while learning. For parents looking for a place to talk openly about feeding challenges or newborn care, that kind of atmosphere can make a big difference.
Because this is a lactation-focused service, it may be most useful for parents during pregnancy and the newborn stage, especially those wanting extra support with breastfeeding basics or early feeding concerns. Parents may want to check current class topics and appointment or drop-in options directly with Foveo Birth & Baby before visiting, since offerings may vary.
Families looking for breastfeeding support in Olympia, along with practical education for childbirth and early parenting, may find this a strong fit.

3 months agoStefanie and Christine are amazing! They have both helped me a ton in my breastfeeding journey as well as my parenting journey in general. They’re both so knowledgeable, fun, relatable, encouraging and caring. I’m grateful our family crossed paths with these women. My husband and I attended a childbirth and lactation class which were super helpful. Christine tailored the classes to meet the needs and curiosities of the group which kept everyone engaged and comfortable asking questions. I also attended a drop-in lactation group and I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. I don’t feel comfortable breastfeeding in public but I felt comfortable breastfeeding at Foveo.

She is knowledgeable and has a passion for the work she does which only benefits the clients she works with and the students she teaches. Stefanie is always looking to learn more information to support her community and we need more Stefanie’s in the world .
I would highly recommend anyone seek Stefanie out if they have lactation concerns or if they want to attend a class. 10/10 would recommend.

10 months agoStephanie was an incredible part of the Doula Certificate Program in collaboration with Blissful Birth Initiations! She brought so much insight, personal experience, and humor to every lesson. Her deep understanding of the hospital side of birth and lactation was invaluable, and her warmth created such a supportive, encouraging learning environment. I’m so grateful for her guidance — I truly feel ready to step into birth work because of her. Highly recommend taking her classes!

4 months agoI recently had a newborn and she lost a pound very quickly due to jaundice. I was so lost and didn’t know what to do as a first time mom, I felt so guilty. We booked an appointment with our pediatrician and we thought why not book a lactation consult also. We needed someone ASAP and I’m so glad that we found Stefanie. She was willing to come to our home where we feel most comfortable with our newborn of course. Even though i was feeling stressed and sad, she made for a relaxed and positive environment. She provided great advice, feedback, as well as encouragement. I believe she gave me more answers than our pediatrician could. Our baby is now making great progress with Stefanie’s help and i couldn’t recommend her enough if you’re struggling with anything related!
