2 months ago***edited*** As I was driving by to make a thrift store donation I stopped by to see if they still had the pottery. After the rude phone call I made a point to just avoid it. I walked in and she asked for my name to which she immediately replied “oh the one star review thanks for that” and rudely fave me my box. I am continually amazed at this kind of behavior and communication style of this pottery nook… very disappointed. However as before I guess it’s nice they saved the pottery even after the 2 weeks??? ***original review** I went here for a birthday party May of last year and was told that I had about two weeks to pick up what I had painted, Well being pregnant I completely forgot and had just assumed they threw it away. Well, then I get a call in incredibly rude 11 months later saying they’ve had a box with my name on it for 11 months And before I could even get out a sentence saying thank you and that I had just assumed it was already gone they interrupted me, said you have one week to get it and then hung up the phone.. I was incredibly shocked At how rude the entire encounter was… I guess it’s nice. They saved the pottery, but I would’ve loved a phone call before 11 months… And I would’ve loved a phone call that expressed any kind of common courtesy

6 months agoGood experience. Clean well kept space. Took our 15 year old and friends for a Saturday session. Good selection Good instruction Good variety of colors. Only took a week to pick up. I thought it was good value for the money
