Family Water Play and Slides in Moses Lake

Surf ‘n Slide Water Park in Moses Lake offers a full-day family water park experience with attractions that can work for a range of ages, from toddlers to older kids. Families can expect a mix of slides, a lazy river with inner tubes, a surfing area, and a kids’ section that gives younger children a place to explore at their own pace. The park appears especially appealing for families who want one outing where both active older children and younger siblings have something to enjoy.

For parents, one helpful detail is that this does not sound like a rigid class or lesson format. It is more of an open, activity-based water park where children can move between different areas and choose what feels comfortable. That makes it useful for families with mixed ages, since one child may want more adventurous slides while another prefers calmer water play. One family noted that a 2-year-old was able to explore much of the pool area with limited assistance, while older children felt comfortable swimming in most of the park, which suggests the layout may suit children at different stages of confidence in the water.

The atmosphere comes across as lively, playful, and very family-oriented. The lazy river, surfing feature, and kids’ area give the park variety, and the availability of inner tubes adds to the easygoing feel. Parents may want to plan ahead for comfort, since shade and seating may be limited in some areas. It is also worth noting that outside food and drinks may be allowed, which can be helpful for families planning a longer visit or trying to manage costs. The park may be a good fit for parents looking for an active summer outing where kids can spend several hours in the water rather than a short stop-and-go activity.

Families considering a visit may want to check current admission details, hours, and any age or height guidelines before going. For parents looking for kids activities in Moses Lake that combine open play, water features, and options for both little ones and older children, Surf ‘n Slide Water Park is a practical choice to explore.

During my recent visit, the atmosphere was great. The lifeguards were always attentive to those of us in the water. There was a moderate number of people, and we were able to find a good spot to spend the day enjoying the pools.

Amazing! Diamond in the rough. Took 4 teenagers and they had a blast! I enjoyed reading under a large tree! We had a picnic and truly enjoyed ourselves.

Today was our first time visiting Surf ‘n Slide, but we will definitely be back! I went with a 3 year old; it was reasonably priced ($31 for both of us) and there was plenty for her to do. My 3 year old loved the small slides, treasure island, the splash pad, and the lazy river. We spent about 3 hours here on a weekday afternoon. It wasn’t crowded, we got in quickly and found chairs right away. No wait for anything and there were tubes available for the lazy river. There’s plenty of shade throughout the park and even grassy areas to picnic. You can bring your own food and drinks which is great, but they do have food on site if you’d prefer that. We ended the visit with an ice cream from there and it was a hit.
