a week agoNew owner, same smell. My complaint is straight forward. How can you operate as a business without accepting cash? Was told card only, NO CASH at check in. I personally think that's ridiculous! In my world cash is king. As a principal I will not be back. You just lost easy new money... Also by not accepting cash it instantly shows a laziness/shortcut in effort, within an establishment.

2 weeks agoCame here with my 8yo and 2yo. We've been many times and I've never had to pay for an adult pass if I'm not jumping. I was forced to pay for an adult pass just to go up in the trampoline zone bc my daughter was not 18. It was $45 for one hour. Whoever the new ownership is are just money grabbing at this point. Won't come again.
