6 years agoI dont think they deserve even 1 star. The people who actually watch my daughter are great but the billing department and how they charge is criminal. They will bill you for places your kid has never attended and if you dont pay, then they will cut off services and this is all for days that care was not provided and places they your kid never went to. They tack on charges randomly then send threatening emails to cut off care.

6 years agoWhile I have had a few minor issues with the folks who are actually WATCHING my children, all-in-all I am happy with the level of care that they have received. My issue is with the people behind the scenes, who need to be taught a sharp lesson on predatory business practices and the meaning of a legally binding contract between two individuals. I'm sorry, but your company policies do not trump the laws of Washington State.

8 years agoDO NOT TAKE CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS HERE. THEIR CENTERS ARE LAZY AND WILL NOT USE THE TOOLS PROVIDED TO MAKE YOUR CHILD SUCCESSFUL.
