3 months agoHorrible. The pool, the instruction and their billing practices. The pool was so overly chlorinated that my children broke out in rashes and complained that it hurt when they peed. These symptoms cleared up in between lessons and was confirmed by our pediatrician. We also saw no progress in our children’s skills after months of lessons. We had arbitrary “tokens” for classes they would cancel when they didn’t have instructors and you could never apply these tokens to your actual payments. So we were repeatedly paying for classes that we never had happen. They require a 30 day notice to cancel and are keeping our money for an entire month despite our refusal to come back to the pool that is causing medical harm to our children. Worst experience we’ve had with any swim school.

3 months agoI appreciate that the manager has been very helpful and responsive when I shared my concerns, and I am hopeful we will see some improvements. However, as a parent, progress still feels slower than expected. A lot of class time seems to be spent on high fives, checking the clock, and transitions rather than focused instruction. I understand that swimming takes time and practice, but even a few minutes of dedicated coaching for each student during every class could make a significant difference. I actually had the same concern years ago when my older child attended SafeSplash, which is why I wanted to share this feedback. I would love to see a clearer lesson plan, more focused instruction, and better communication about goals and progress from class to class.

6 months agoBoth of my kids go to Safesplash -Redmond location, Kids are very happy with the coach Max and Lyla, staff is very co-operative and flexible and friendly, I appreciate Safesplash staff and trainers friendly behaviors. I recommend Safesplash.

10 months agoI learned freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and how to tread water in just about 4 months. The instructors Parmin was excellent—patient, knowledgeable, and really supportive throughout the journey. Highly recommend this swimming school!
