4 months agoWe go on Saturdays for open gym. Wonderful facility. But sometimes you will waste almost half of your play time waiting in line to check in!when they open (if it's a popular day, like a rainy day). Even if you've pre-registered and paid online! They badly need a way to express check-in . This could be as simple as a $30 barcode scanner by the entry gate where pre-registered guests just flash their pre-registration QR code. This bottleneck is completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The staff is absolutely professional and lovely though!
