We as a family cannot report enough genuinely positive attributes about this school. My son has been in attendance since he was 2 (almost 3), shortly followed by my daughter's attendance. They both have excelled socially, academically, and even musically in their years here! The school puts on performances yearly to teach presentation skills (among others) that incorporates foreign languages and cultural appreciation. They stress interactaction with kindness and compassion, they plant in the garden and play in the water/sun all while instilling a love of learning and respecting each child. My children (5 & 6) both are reading and doing math, and I feel would be bored in a mainstream school. It's also safe and the caring, attentive staff know each child by name in addition to their families. We are so grateful for MMLA!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Misty Mountain over the past two years. From day one, the teachers and staff have created a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment where my son has truly thrived. The growth we’ve seen in him has been incredible. He has learned so much academically, socially, and emotionally, and people are often surprised by how much he knows and how “ahead” he seems compared to other children his age. The school has done an amazing job fostering a love of learning while also helping him build confidence, independence, and strong social skills. One of the things we appreciate most is the caring and dedicated teachers. They genuinely invest in each child and make learning fun and meaningful. It’s clear that they love what they do, and it shows in the positive impact they have on their students. We are so grateful for the experience our family has had here and have been so impressed that we are already planning to enroll our second child next year. We highly recommend this montessori school to any family looking for a place where their child will be loved, encouraged, and set up for success.

Our kids go there and they love it. Miis Lindsay is nice and carring and Miss De Alwis is always patient with our daughters.

Ms. De Alwis and Team gave our child confidence, independence, and a true love for learning in the three years she attended. The teachers are caring and create a nurturing environment where kids thrive. Every day is filled with discovery and growth. Highly recommend!
