Mindful Montessori in Beaverton offers a Montessori preschool setting for young children, including little ones in the early toddler years as well as kindergarten-age children. For parents looking for a structured early learning environment, this school appears to combine classroom routines with room for children to grow at their own pace.
Children here seem to take part in a wide range of activities that go beyond basic care. Families mention classroom experiences that may include early academics, guided daily routines, holiday performances, enrichment programs, and hands-on activities such as yoga, Spanish, music, martial arts, art, and dance. That variety may appeal to children who enjoy both steady structure and opportunities to explore different interests across the week.
The school also appears to place a strong emphasis on the parent experience. The environment is described as clean and organized, and staff are often noted for being patient, responsive, and attentive to family needs. For parents of younger children, especially those starting school for the first time, that kind of communication and support can make the transition feel easier. One family also noted careful attention to food allergies, which may matter for children with dietary needs.
This looks like a good fit for families who want a Montessori preschool in Beaverton with a clear routine, caring teachers, and a mix of academic and enrichment activities. Parents may want to ask about current classroom openings, age groups, and program options, since offerings can vary by season and enrollment.
Our son attended Mindful Montessori for the past three years, and we've been very happy with our experience. Finding the right environment for your child isn't easy, but we always felt supported and knew there was someone we could talk to whenever we had questions or concerns. The teachers genuinely care about the children, and Ali (Program Director) and Chitra (owner) were always approachable and helpful. Most importantly, our son gained the confidence and skills he needed for a successful transition to Kindergarten. I'm honestly surprised there aren't more reviews. My guess is that this is the kind of place families hear about through friends and word of mouth. We're certainly glad we did and would highly recommend it to other parents.
We have had an incredible experience with both of our children here. Both of our children have attended, and our experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Our 6-year-old daughter just graduated from their kindergarten program and is heading to 1st grade. Over the past year, we’ve seen incredible growth in her academically and socially, thanks to their structured kindergarten curriculum and truly caring, patient teachers. Our youngest son started at age 1 and has been there for two years now. The teachers partnered closely with us during his potty training journey, showing endless patience and support. Beyond the academics, the school environment is exceptionally clean, well-structured, and filled with positive energy. They do a wonderful job organizing holiday performances, celebrating special occasions, and offering great enrichment programs like martial arts, yoga, Spanish, and music. The Ms. Chitra, Ms. Ali, the entire staff and teaching team are kind, attentive to family needs, and genuinely invested in the kids. Highly recommend to any family looking for a top-tier early learning environment in this area.
My son has attended MM for a year in their 1s and 2s classroom. I am very happy with MM. The teachers are responsive and playful. The rooms are clean and organized. The admin (Chitra and Ali) are great as well. My son has food allergies and they took that very seriously. He loves going!
We love Mindful Montessori. The teachers and the owner are highly experienced in Montessori style and ensure that each child gets personal attention. We immediately saw changes in our child’s general behavior and started showing an overall calmer and helpful demeanor. We definitely owe it to the kind teachers. Love the classroom space and play area, both indoor and outdoor.
Loved the setting, teachers and what the school offered! My toddler went there during the summer, this was the first time she had gone to a daycare. Ms Alisha and Ms Subbu really helped her settle down and loved the care and attention! The teachers helped her eat, did a variety of activities and loved all the camps( yoga, art, steam ,music and dance camp Organized) We had extended travel planned so had to take a break but my toddler still asks for Ms Alisha and loved the attention and care! The app they use for communication and check in is great and they post pics throughout the day and keep the parents informed. Loved the fact that they allowed food to be sent and that Helped with dietary restrictions! Highly recommend for everyone especially first timers in a day care setting!
