It is the ultimate spot to let kids burn off some energy with plenty of awesome inflatables, bounce houses, and slides to keep them entertained for hours. Everything was clean, safe, and well-maintained. A huge shoutout to Kian and Cassandra for making our visit extra special—they were so attentive, friendly, and great with the kids, ensuring everyone was having fun safely. We will definitely be back for the next birthday party or rainy-day weekend!

2 months agoI am so disappointed with how our birthday party ended. Until the final 10 minutes, we were highly pleased with the service and setup. But the way the exit was handled completely ruined the entire experience. After being told about a $100 charge for going over our time, I assured the assistant I was rushing the wrap-up. Instead of letting me manage my guests, the inexperienced worker started physically moving our party stuff out and telling my guests to leave so the hosts wouldn't get charged an additional $100. It made my guests feel completely expelled and unwelcome, turning the end of a joyful celebration into a chaotic, stressful, and deeply embarrassing ordeal. A business should never humiliate the people paying for an event. I would have paid double the fee just to avoid that treatment.

4 months agoMy 9-year-old daughter’s birthday party was amazing! They welcomed her with her name on the screen, birthday wishes, and a well-prepared, clean party room. The host was truly caring and helpful. The bounce room itself is large and well organized, even for little ones, which is especially helpful when you bring both kids and toddlers. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the staff areas and toys feel outdated, but overall this place is wonderful and very well managed.
