Guidepost Montessori at Celebration Park in Federal Way offers a preschool environment that seems designed for young children who benefit from structure, routine, and room to explore. Families with babies, toddlers, and preschool-age children may find this location especially relevant, since the program appears to include early childhood rooms as well as a preschool setting.
Children likely spend their time moving through Montessori-style classroom activities that encourage curiosity and independence. The setting is described as organized and structured, yet still full of opportunities for exploration. That combination may work well for children who like clear routines but still need plenty of hands-on learning, movement, and age-appropriate choices throughout the day.
Parents may appreciate the way the staff is described as warm, patient, and attentive, along with the strong sense of community mentioned by families. The school also appears to include family-centered events and celebrations, which can help parents feel more connected to their child’s experience. For children, that kind of environment can make the classroom feel familiar and reassuring, especially during the early years.
Guidepost Montessori at Celebration Park may be a good fit for families looking for Montessori preschool in Federal Way with a nurturing atmosphere and a focus on early independence. Because details like age grouping and enrollment can change, parents may want to check current classroom availability and program options before visiting.
My daughter loves her teachers in CH 1. They also have been very patient with her transition from Pre-School and being part time in their care. Their director, Ashley, is always available whenever we have concerns. She always makes sure that we feel value, heard and our child is taken care of. Also, Ms. Juliana, Ms. Lyle, Ms. Kristina and Ms. Tunisha are very lovely and we feel comfortable going to work knowing our baby girl is in good care and lovely people! ❤️
The best toddler team! 🤩
The nurturing and professional teachers, warm and lovely environment, as well as strong sense of community have made an impact on our family. The teachers are patient, understanding and show genuine care. Additionally, the structured classroom fosters an organized and focused learning environment, while offering a diverse array of activities that empower curiosity, independence and exploration. We have also been very appreciative of the Leadership team’s effort in creating a vibrant school community, from thoughtfully planning Cultural Days to Mother’s Day celebrations, these experiences help bring families together and make the school truly inclusive. Overall, we sincerely thank the wonderful Team at Guidepost, and would highly recommend Guidepost at Celebration Park to families seeking a supportive and enriching learning environment for young children.
UPDATE: We are going on three years soon and have been in all three class levels. We really love Guidepost at Celebration Park so much and continue to come back for the community we’ve built here. Our kiddo is doing great, reading early, and getting personalized care and lesson plans. Children’s House with Ms Taylor and the whole team is a great space for curious learners who are eager to explore. ORIGINAL: We have been at Guidepost for several months in the youngest classroom. We are so impressed by the leadership, the guides/teachers in each room, and the wonderful ways our child is growing. We know he loves it there and we see how much he is developing. Really happy here and would definitely recommend.
