in the last weekWhile we enjoy the in pool training staff, and the improvements the new ownership are adding to the facility, the front desk we’ve experienced so many issues with from re-enrolling to now cancelling. We came back here because my oldest took courses here. With the new ownership the front desk is rude and the answering service they have couldn’t pull up the information asked and wouldn’t listen, after 20 min of talking in circles she finally said she doesn’t have access to the information we were requesting and transferred us to the actual front desk. They pulled up the information for our oldest no problem. We also had to tell them we submitted our info to them via an ad 3 weeks earlier and hadn’t heard anything yet. They had no record of both kids submitted. Unfortunately this school requires at a minimum a months notice to cancel. We were able to successfully cancel for November giving them their months notice. I also talked to them 10 min ago and I still haven’t gotten the email for cancellation. With the interaction I had I truly hope she followed through. The front desk staff chose to stay on speaker after telling her I could barely hear her, and then chose to repeat that you need a months notice 3x when your customer already is canceling for the month after. Which is following the policy you are preaching. I didn’t push it. Why you felt the need to repeat yourself 3x was redundant and unhelpful. Hopefully the customer service here improves. It was disappointing that we looked forward to bringing all our kids here and we have nothing good to say about the place anymore and have to look elsewhere.
