I attended BLC for about five years, and it helped me a lot with my schoolwork, SAT prep, and college applications. The Summer SAT session was especially helpful because the teachers provided clear lessons, useful strategies, and plenty of practice. The tutors are patient, supportive, and easy to understand. As non-native English-speaking parents, we wanted to find a learning center that could help our children build strong reading and writing skills. A close friend highly recommended Bellevue Learning Center, and it has been one of the best decisions we've made for our kids. Both of our children have been taking private reading and writing classes here for almost two years. Since joining Bellevue Learning Center, our daughter has developed a genuine love of reading, which has been wonderful to see. Both of our children's reading test scores have improved and remained consistently strong. They have also learned many advanced vocabulary words that are well above their current grade levels. Ms. Kim, the owner, is truly exceptional. She takes the time to listen to both parents and children, carefully matches each student with the teacher who best fits their learning level and personality, and regularly discusses each child's strengths and areas for improvement. She then helps create a plan to support their continued growth. All of the teachers we have worked with have been excellent. After every class, we receive a detailed report, which helps us understand what our children learned and how they participated during the lesson. This communication is incredibly valuable and allows us to stay involved in their learning journey. We are so grateful to have Bellevue Learning Center as part of our children's educational support system. We highly recommend it to any family looking for high-quality, personalized reading and writing instruction.
