2 weeks agoWe took the knife sharpening class with Ryan. It was fantastic! Very hands-on, very approachable for any beginner, and he was able to help out more advanced students, too. Excellent teacher skills, lots of non invasive check-ins, asking if it was okay to show others each others' work, used diagrams and a little lecture with the tools to pass around class to get a feel for it all. Very comfortable space, lots of parking. We definitely feel it was worth the cost for the skills we came away with, and it was super reasonable. Small class sizes. I hope it gets offered more frequently! We will be back for the other offerings, like stained glass. Thank you, Ryan!
