a year agoI sent all 3 of my children to Huckleberry Forest Preschool over 11 years. I recommend Huckleberry Forest Preschool to every parent who is looking for a fantastic learning environment that centers imaginative play while also exposing the children to various languages and artistic activities. It is an inclusive, attentive, and loving preschool for your child where the teachers foster creativity, learning about different cultures, and cook nutritious and interesting foods with the kids for lunch each day. It gets the pickiest eaters trying new things, mine included.The teachers are amazing and like family! We still send our youngest here for school and summer breaks and give it our highest recommendation possible!

a year agoThis school has been incredible for our family. Our daughter started going here at just a little over 2 and it was such a welcome and inclusive environment. It's a mixed age group and it happened that the year she started all the kids were older. the teachers did a wonderful job encouraging all the other kids to be extra kind and welcoming to the youngest member. The parents have been welcome outside of the group too, and many of the "alumni" love it so much they choose to come back and visit for years after during "parents night out" They do an art project and nature walk daily, and have different science and cultural themes each week. Our daughter has truly blossomed there and we will be sending our son soon! I wanted to leave a review especially after seeing the negative review from 11 months ago. I wonder if maybe the reviewer is reviewing a different place. that does not sound like the same school experience i have witnessed for 1.5 years now. the teachers are very engaged, and extremely proactive in creating a kind, inclusive and fun environment for our littles ones to thrive. i literally recommend the school to all of my friends.

2 years agoOur experience is few years old but I think it's important to mention for others. Few things we noticed which are red flags for us. 1. They have mixed age group. Which sometimes leads to bullying and teachers are not very attentive to it. 2. There is just one full time, others are part time who don't care that much. 3. We sent our daughter here when she was little more than two years. At that time she really loved people and other children. She would immediately mix up with other kids and never had separation anxiety. But she was bullied at this place, which scared her and took sometime to get over it. Fortunately we were able to identify the problem through other kids and got her out in time. Teachers never shared this with us. Her time here scared her and she started resisting contact with other kids. 4. There is no individual attention. 5. The next school that we sent her to was actually good with nice teachers who really believed in building relationships with students and expressed their love. This made us realize what was missing in her earlier school. We wish we never sent her to this place.

2 years agoOur experience at this preschool has been exceptional! The staff is incredibly nurturing and dedicated. The curriculum goes beyond the basics, embracing cultural diversity through language immersion and diverse activities. Not having to think about lunch has been notably a stress reliever. Having that exposure to different types of cultures as part of the curriculum has been so amazing for our child.
