2 years agoI danced at this studio for 7 years, and it was the best experience. The teachers are so knowledgeable about ballet, and the standard of technique is the highest I've seen anywhere. I took class at other studios in the area through the years, because the commute was long, but the level of training recieved at SSD was well worth the commute. Along with the amazing teaching, the environment was so beautiful. Ballet can be such a hard culture to grow up in, but with every breath the teachers breathed they breathed life into us. They spoke and taught with such love and care that truly made this place a safe haven in a harsh world. All of the staff focuses deeply on caring for the hearts of the students as well as high level of training. From the youngest student to the oldest, and even to the parents and family members of students, this is a place where you will feel valued and honored while recieving the highest level of ballet training in a fun, safe, uplifting environment!
