in the last weekThe owner is an abhorrent individual, she tried to steal donated devices from a non profit charity located next door; when the workers told her to put it back and refused to allow theft, the owner of Wet Clay Cafe threw items at the workers, striking one in the chest, swearing and calling them names; if you care about the morals and ethics of the businesses you frequent, don't support a business that tries to steal from non profit businesses and assaults the workers of said non profit business

a week agoVery expensive and just an okay experience. I got two small premade clay items—no food or coffee—and it was pushing $90. They charge a 15% service fee, a credit card surcharge, and then have the gall to ask for a tip on top of that. A lot of colors were unavailable, some dispensers were broken, and pickup takes 8 days. Pickup was kinda bizarre. The worker was so in her own world that I had to walk up to the counter to get her attention, and then she screamed and said I scared her. I’d literally just been standing there waiting lol. Way too expensive to do regularly. After 10 trips, I could practically buy my own kiln. I’m out.

a week agoReally nice cafe! Expensive but considering all that is included (not having to make it yourself, glazing it) and the fact that you’re helping out a smaller studio makes it worth it. Also the baristas here have been consistently fire so shout out 🔥

3 weeks agoi love wet clay cafe so much! they have lots of different options if you’re looking to paint a piece, and there is also the best cafe. i love getting the spicy italian sandwich and painting or creating pottery. they also have camps during the summer and classes year round which is great. if you are looking for a new cute pottery place, classes, or painting, wet clay cafe will beperfect!
